Terms for using Camp Compass.

1. Service overview

Camp Compass provides tools for parents and guardians to search for camps, compare sessions, organize plans for multiple children, submit community camp information, and export selected plans to a device calendar.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to form a binding agreement and use the service on behalf of yourself or your family.

3. Camp information

Camp Compass aggregates and organizes camp information, but camp details may change. You are responsible for confirming dates, pricing, hours, availability, and registration requirements with each provider before booking.

4. Registration and payments

Camp Compass does not process payments or complete provider registrations in the app. Registration happens on the camp provider's website or system.

5. Community submissions

If you submit camp information, you confirm that the details are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share them. Submitted camps may be reviewed, edited, approved, or rejected by an administrator.

6. Accounts and device features

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you export selected camps to your device calendar, Camp Compass will create or update calendar events based on the selected plan for the current season.

7. Availability and warranty disclaimer

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the service as the MVP evolves. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Camp Compass is not liable for losses caused by provider-side changes, registration issues, schedule changes, or pricing updates.

9. Termination and contact

You may stop using the service at any time. For support, legal questions, or deletion requests, contact support@campcompass.app.
